NETWORK OPERATIONS

WomenExecs on Boards (WEoB) is a volunteer 501c(6) organization with three paid employees to help WEoB keep in its daily operations.

We are governed by a volunteer board of directors that includes:

  • Two past Co-Presidents who operate as Co-Chairwomen of the Board
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Two Current Sitting Co-Presidents
  • One Independent Director

We elect two co-presidents and two co-vice presidents, one representing North America and one representing our international members. The co-presidents and co-vice presidents each serve a 2-year term. The co-vice presidents step into the co-president role at the end of the current co-president term. To be elected as a Vice President, you must be actively involved in the Network and have served on a subcommittee for at least one year.

The WEoB Network operates through subcommittees, with the subcommittee co-chairs serving as the Executive Committee, where all ideas are brought for approval.
